Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active pgph account. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. pgph employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, pgph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through such accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgph login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pgph immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. pgph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

pgph accepts deposits through GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency wallets. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise explicitly stated. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on pgph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). pgph does not accept foreign currency deposits directly; currency conversion, where applicable, will be processed at rates determined by the relevant payment service provider.

All bets placed on pgph are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. pgph reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, incorrect odds, or data feed failure has occurred. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your pgph account. Bets placed after the scheduled commencement of an event (where in-play betting is not offered) will be void. pgph's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pgph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the pgph platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
pgph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pgph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The amended Terms will take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.
